Join me for a basic Hatha yoga class in Canby, Oregon! Beginners and experienced yogis alike are welcome!
Class focuses on lengthening and strengthening all major muscle groups of the body, with a focus on spinal health. We focus on standing postures to create a solid foundation, core and back bends, forward bends, inversions and twists. Each class is balanced for the entire body. Class ends with at least 10 minutes of relaxation techniques so you leave class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
$7 drop-in or, purchase a month of classes (2x per week) for only $40!
Bring your mat if you have one. If not, we've got lots to borrow. Wear comfortable clothes, preferably in layers. Drink plenty of water before and after class.
