Join me for an hour of basic Hatha yoga. Beginners and experienced yogis alike are welcome!
Class focuses on lengthening and strengthening all major muscle groups of the body, with a focus on spinal health. Each class ends with at least 10 minutes of relaxation techniques so you leave class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
There are extra mats to borrow if you don't have one. I recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
