Basic Hatha - All Levels

Join us for an hour and fifteen minutes of basic hatha yoga. Beginners welcome!

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat, if you have one. If you don't have your own mat, we have plenty to borrow. 

New students, please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts to sign up!
